  • Play a strategic role in developing the cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches and agendas for Meta Global Customer Marketing LATAM
  • Empower a team to conduct in-depth effectiveness studies/analyses for to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital and non-digital platforms
  • Partner with local and central Analytics teams to drive Measurement capabilities across the business with sophisticated models, automation and scale
  • Build cross-functional relationships to understand data needs, build key metrics and standardize their usage across the organization
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers and provide recommendations to sales leadership
  • Manage the delivery of high impact dashboards and data visualizations
  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling marketing campaigns for promoting Meta’s advertising solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to become a trusted partner and resource
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for Planning, Execution and Reporting of Digital Marketing activities
  • Build integrated digital strategy and activation plans
  • Manage and optimize channels (such as email, Meta ads, onsite placements, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer partnerships, etc.) to drive performance of campaigns
  • Project manage and coordinate digital campaign operational efforts across channels, including managing agency and vendor relationships

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience in digital marketing/performance marketing
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Marketing) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience paid, earned, and owned digital channel experience (display, social, search, email, web)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, specifically creative teams and media/communications strategy teams
  • Analytical experience to conduct analysis on creative performance, identify optimization opportunities and use data to inform marketing/creative decisions
