Position

Business Development Supervisor

 

Mission

Responsible for the relationship with our main clients/distributors, leading the team responsible for supporting the various administrative demands, facilitating communication, improving processes, leading projects and support to developing/growing the business in addition to bringing market information.

 

Main responsibilities

• Relationship with all Stakeholders (Logistics and Administrative Operators, Distributors, Operations, Logistics and Regional Sales) to support all administrative and operational processes that involve the entire Tupperware operation in Brazil;

• Plan and Implement projects that improve the operation of Stakeholders and the Sales Force together with commercial partners and areas of technology, communication, etc.;

• Be responsible for the area's Budget and the close relationship with all service providers that are key to the operation (Acquiring Companies, Anti-fraud, Payment Gateway, Class Associations, etc.);

• Have intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Advanced in Excel and Power Point to create and monitor business KPI's for management presentations with the Commercial Director and CEO;

• Have a sense of Business Owner, always aiming at improving the processes that involve the entire Sales Force to provide a good service in a standard way, even if these processes are not specifically part of their area;

• Knowing field research methodologies to continuously carry out actions that bring insights to possible improvements in the business (NPS, Research on Quality in Services, etc.);

• Being critical of processes and being their guardians, to ensure compliance with the company's legal standards;

• Create a process improvement plan and design these processes so that the flow is visible to all areas of interest;

• Provide daily support to the operation of the internal Business Administrators and be a bridge between the sales team and the operation team to solve problems;

• Knowing how to deal with a large flow of data and understand them to unfold such data into concrete actions to improve the business;

• Basic knowledge of the construction of P&L and everything that involves this topic for the construction of specific materials on the growth of our business partners (Distributors and External Managers);

• Always be aware of competitors and their new market practices in order to make improvements and internal adjustments when possible and necessary;

 

Education: Complete Superior in Engineering, Administration, Business Development or related.

Experience: +5 years of experience in project leadership, process improvement, business/commercial development and negotiation. Good knowledge of direct sales. Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time

Languages: Communication skills in Portuguese (native), Spanish and English.
