Finance Sales & Marketing Business Support Analyst

Responsible for supporting Commercial and Marketing initiatives, which includes financial management and analysis for all Promotional and Commercial investments/ expenditures, and reporting support, control, and ROI/effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or Engineer
  • Mandatory advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Relevant experience in FP&A, analytical, and modeling skills for Sales and Mkt Areas
  • Supply Chain Finance experience highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills including problem-solving and ability to create collaborative relationships, build trust & Influence
  • Ability to work with multiple tasks and work under pressure, accomplished with deadlines and high analytical quality
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details and curious about the business are crucial
  • Hands-on and pro-active profile is mandatory for the position

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide visibility to drive financial expertise and support the delivery of Plan commitments. This includes deployment of reports and financial results analysis of the P&L, focused on detailed expenses analysis in deep, involving the areas on risks and opportunities investigation .
  • Control Sales&Mkt areas' budget by updating and reviewing figures and trends on periodic basis, comparing actual spend against budget. Develop and keep updated detailed forecast summaries. Will work very close to the FP&A team providing necessary inputs from Sales&Mkt pillars for the full P&L forecast consolidations
  • Provide support on several different financial analysis related to new commercial projects and initiatives aligned to the top priority of the business (Go-to Market analysis, value chain, profitability by product, etc)
  • Support special projects, when necessary, focused on improvements and efficiencies (system and process capabilities)
  • Assume a support role in the development of the annual Plan that touches all Sales&Mkt lines
  • Provide reports and financials analysis to support portfolio optimization agenda and for product launches (Gross Profit analysis included).
  • Provide financial modeling and ad hoc support for all Sales and Mkt initiatives.
  • Review and develop processes for investments/spends governance enhancement
  • Act as change agent of a sustainable Financial culture all over the organization, supporting a robust Finance to non-Finance training agenda
