Objectives

The PMO Data Analyst - Responsible Sourcing - position has the overall responsibility and accountability for managing, facilitating, and using data to support our global Responsible Sourcing Program, on decisions across the organization. Using technical skills, business acumen and creativity, this position is responsible for managing tools and systems, creating, developing, consolidating and automating reports and preparing presentations that generates business insights, be able to complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for the different stakeholders. In addition, the reporting specialist plays a key role by business partnering and supporting execution of Responsible Sourcing objectives.

 

Responsibilities

Partner with Global Responsible Sourcing leadership and their teams to understand needs, ensuring that our data solutions are an excellent fit to drive Sustainability and Compliance decisions across the organization.
Lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the team’s Responsible Sourcing reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently drive our performance and improve efficiencies.
Automate currently manual processes, providing data rich visualizations to promote accurate decision making.
Lead initiatives to enhance/automate reporting capabilities, from several aspects of Responsible Sourcing perspective.
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Managing users and user roles in different solutions.
Provide quality assurance and expertise on imported data, the storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Use statistical methods to create models that depicts trends and find opportunities
Managing, designing and troubleshooting the reporting environment, including data sources, security.
Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Supporting different initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
Training end users on different Responsible Sourcing solutions
 

Competencies needed

University degree, in preferably Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Quality or Business Administration.
High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
Proven working experience as a data analyst, business data analyst or in project management.
Strong experience with data tools (Excel), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), presentation tools (PowerPoint).
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g Excel)
Must be able to apply analytical and decision-making skills without direct supervision.
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Present findings or translate the data into an understandable document. Easily communicate complex ideas.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English is required.
Capable of setting priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines and multi-tasking
Able to work effectively with multicultural and cross functional teams and at all levels of management.
Ability to respond quickly and positively to change as well as acting as a change catalyst
 

Others

Ability to work on different time zones

The position is full time. Some travel may be required.

Placement of the position is preferably Curitiba-PR.
