• Implement a Tracking process, to guarantee that new products projects will be delivered on time and quality, according to the
commitment and considered in the Plan.
• New products accounts for 45% to 55% of total sales every period and for each product there is a several of activities and micro-
activities to be done to guarantee the information and product delivery on time and quality. It is critical to have a person to coordinate all
the areas evolved in the process and track all the activities.
• Take from the Products Team the follow up activity. Nowadays, they dedicate time checking the status or asking for the other areas to
do the activity to guarantee that they are going to receive what they need on time: information, mold confirmation, cost, sample
production, color test, etc.
• The Product team are been restructured to work by category, to deliver a more in depth strategy, with a more analytical approach to
address all gaps and opportunities and they need to dedicate time to these core activities and not spend time with follow-ups.
• Guarantee samples delivery on time to be used to demonstrate products and drive sales. Samples are a key tool of activation plan and it
is necessary to create the appropriate visibility of its development.
